JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-performing Meta Ads Video Editor to join our growing lifestyle brand.
Your job is to turn our raw footage and assets into scroll-stopping Meta ads that sell — videos that hook fast, flow smoothly, and drive conversions.


What You’ll Do
Edit and optimize short video ads specifically for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Combine UGC clips, product shots, and brand assets into clean, conversion-focused edits

Add captions, transitions, hooks, and strong CTAs that match our brand tone

Repurpose existing assets into new ad variations for A/B testing

Analyze ad performance (CTR, watch time, thumb-stop rate) and suggest new creative directions

Work closely with our team to pitch and test new ad concepts — we want proactive ideas, not just execution


Requirements
Proven experience editing Meta ads

Strong understanding of Meta’s best practices: fast hooks, clean pacing, and clear structure

Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

Detail-oriented with a high sense of branding and storytelling

Creative and proactive — someone who looks at our content and says, “Here’s how I’d make this perform better.”

Bonus: Familiar with analyzing creative performance data (CTR, CPA, etc.)
