Full-Time High Level Data Analyst

Position: Full-Time Packaging Designer (Socks Only)

Location: Remote (with video monitoring during work hours)
Type: Full-Time (1-Month Trial Required)

We are seeking a Packaging Designer with proven experience in the sock industry. This role is for someone who understands sock packaging requirements from concept through production — not general apparel or print packaging.

Only candidates with direct sock packaging experience will be considered.

Applicants must provide company names and factories they have worked with on sock packaging.

Must submit real packaging files (no AI-generated designs, no generic print layouts).

Must have experience creating PDQ (shelf-ready packaging) and production-ready dielines for socks.

Key Responsibilities

Design sock-specific packaging including hangtags, labels, bellybands, header cards, and PDQs

Prepare production-ready dielines and specs for factories (no print-only concepts)

Ensure all packaging meets retail and factory standards for socks (hook placement, folding, labeling, etc.)

Create professional packaging presentations for buyers and internal review

Work closely with the team to ensure packaging aligns with brand and retail guidelines

Communicate clearly with factories to confirm packaging is machine-ready and accurate

Research packaging trends and propose new, innovative solutions for socks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sock packaging design (verifiable)

Strong technical knowledge of sock packaging requirements (hangtag size, card stock, placement, labeling, etc.)

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Ability to create clean, accurate dielines for production

Fluent English with excellent communication skills

Comfortable working under video monitoring during work hours

Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven

Bonus Skills: Experience with sustainable packaging or working with major retailers’ packaging guidelines
