We’re a **U.S.-based marketing agency** working with electrical companies and contractors across North America.
We run a podcast that highlights successful electricians and business owners — sharing their stories, marketing tips, and industry insights.

We’re looking for a **Sales Associate / Podcast Outreach Specialist** who will contact companies, build relationships, and invite business owners to join us as guests on the show.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, has strong English communication skills, and feels comfortable making cold calls.

### ???? What You’ll Do

* Make outbound calls to electricians and contracting companies (B2B outreach).
* Explain the benefits of appearing on our podcast and scheduling recording sessions.
* Follow up with leads via email, text, or GHL CRM Instantly to confirm booking details.
* Manage call logs and update contact information accurately.
* Meet weekly goals for number of calls, contacts, and bookings.
* Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

* **Excellent English speaking and writing skills** (clear accent and confident tone).
* Experience in **cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing** (B2B preferred).
* Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
* Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
* Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural.
