Customer Service Represenative / VA / Property Manager

Please read everything here carefully. I'm looking for a detail orientated person to help me run a rental property business. I rent 6 to 8 bedroom houses and then sub-let them out room by room.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding me new houses to rent, finding tenants to live in the houses, responding to emails and text messages over the internet, checking people have paid and responding to tenant queries and complaints. You're not expected to know how to do the job - training is provided - but you MUST have excellent written and oral English skills.

Although I have changed and upgraded it so it has a payments tracking module. I'm a web developer based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Payment will be an hourly rate with a bonus for the amount of tasks completed.

You must have high speed internet. You will be using Skype to call me and other people.

This position should be long term, stay with me for a year, and I will reward you for your loyalty.
