As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and strategic In-House CFO to join our team and play a key role in guiding the company’s financial performance and future direction.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented CFO to oversee our financial operations, strengthen our strategic planning, and support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting, financial management, and strategy with proven experience leading financial initiatives in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
Manage and maintain accounting records using Xero
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve performance and profitability
Prepare and present accurate financial reports and insights to support business decisions
Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations
Collaborate closely with management to align financial planning with business goals

Qualifications
CPA or Certified Accountant
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Manager, or in a similar senior finance role
Proficiency in Xero is required
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable
Excellent English communication skills (clear, professional)
Previous experience working with Australian clients is an advantage

Key Requirements
Must not be working full-time with another client
Comfortable using time tracking software (for payroll purposes)
Must be available during Sydney business hours
Stable internet connection and a professional home workspace
