Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Operations Coordinator based in the Philippines to support the day-to-day activities of our U.S. mobile home park portfolio. This role will temporarily replace Hema (Operations Lead) during her maternity leave and work closely with the COO, property managers, and remote teams in India and North America.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track daily operational tasks across 20+ mobile home communities.
Oversee remote workflows related to leasing, background checks, move-ins, rent postings, and maintenance coordination.
Review Rent Manager (RMX) reports, tenant ledgers, and occupancy updates.
Communicate with U.S. managers via Slack and email to ensure smooth task execution.
Support the India operations team with ticket assignments, QA checks, and escalation tracking.
Maintain KPI dashboards and ensure deadlines are met across departments.
Prepare summary reports and updates for leadership review.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in operations, property management, or remote coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Management of People
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Slack.
Experience in Rent Manager, AppFolio, or similar property management software is preferred.

Willingness to work US Hous from 8:30am to 5 pm CT and an hour or two during Saturdays from 10 am to Noon CT.
