Digital Marketer/Planner

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketer / Digital Planner to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management, performance marketing, pixel tracking, and digital analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
• Manage and grow official social media accounts, including planning content calendars and monitoring engagement.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools for accurate attribution.
• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support SEO and content optimisation to enhance online visibility and organic growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in digital marketing, media planning, and campaign optimisation.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Pixel tracking.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or Hootsuite is an advantage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing or planning role.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics are advantageous.
