**Speaker Booking & Outreach Specialist (US Hours | Commission-Based)**

We are hiring an experienced Speaker Booking Assistant / Outreach Specialist to secure speaking engagements for a psychologist, author, educator, and professional speaker with a strong reputation in the fields of mental health, justice reform, childhood trauma/ACEs, and personal development.
His signature keynote, based on his published book, focuses on the power of choice in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal and professional growth.

We are looking for someone who can research, pitch, and secure speaking opportunities across the United States and internationally.

? Your Role
You will be responsible for finding and booking speaking engagements, including:
•Live and virtual conferences
•Podcast interviews
•Panels and fireside chats
•Corporate trainings
•Universities and higher-education programs
•Mental health, legal, psychology, or professional associations

Your mission: generate booked speaking opportunities with organizations, universities, and event decision-makers through outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.

? Responsibilities
•Research speaking opportunities in the U.S. and globally
•Identify decision-makers (event planners, program directors, HR leads, conference organizers, podcast hosts, etc.)
•Create outreach lists and maintain tracking in Google Sheets or CRM
•Send email pitches and follow-ups to secure bookings
•Schedule discovery calls and collect event details
•Negotiate speaking fees (starting rate: $5,000 per keynote)
•Maintain a pipeline of leads, responses, and booking progress

? Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience booking speakers OR booking guests for podcasts, webinars, or summits
• Strong written English (professional, persuasive email communication)
• Comfortable pitching and negotiating with U.S.-based decision makers
• Research experience — can find events and the correct contact person
• Organized and reliable with follow-through
• Comfortable working US hours for communication and follow-up
• Experience with CRMs (GHL a plus)

? Compensation (Commission-Based)
This is a performance-based role with high earning potential.
$150 per completed booking valued between $2,500–$4,999

5% commission for any completed booking $5,000 or above

Bonus: For every 5 completed bookings, additional $300 bonus

? Example:
If you secure a $6,000 keynote ? you earn $300
If you secure 5 such bookings ? you earn $1,500 + $300 bonus = $1,800
There is no earning cap.

? Work Hours
• Must be available during US business hours
• Workload based on outreach strategy and results
• Flexible schedule as long as communication deadlines are met

? Performance Expectation
We are seeking a minimum of 6 booked and completed speaking engagements per year, with support, templates, and training provided.
Top performers in this role can secure 10–20 bookings per year, greatly increasing commission earnings.
