JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency that works with local health and wellness clinics across the United States. Our campaigns help real people achieve real results — from weight loss to body contouring to pain relief programs. We’re not just running ads for leads. We’re driving appointments, sales, and growth for our clients.

We’re now hiring 2-3 Facebook Ads Specialists to work under a team lead based in the US, and we're looking to hire a few new people from the Philippines to join our remote team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns designed to drive measurable results for our clients. You’ll spend most of your time inside Ads Manager and GoHighLevel, testing new creative angles, refining audiences, and improving campaign performance. You’ll collaborate with our creative and copy teams to make sure messaging, visuals, and targeting all align to produce high-quality leads that convert into appointments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns. You should have a deep understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion API, and be confident managing budgets of five to twenty thousand dollars per month per account. You’ll need reliable internet and must be available for some overlap with U.S. Eastern time zone hours. Experience in the health or wellness niche is a big advantage.

Compensation

Pay starts at $10 USD per hour, with room to increase based on performance. When your client accounts perform well, you’ll also receive performance incentive bonuses. This is a remote role open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

How to Apply

To apply, send both your updated resume and a custom Loom video made specifically for Andrew, the person you’ll be interviewing with. If Andrew’s name is not mentioned toward the beginning of the video, your application will not be considered.

Loom Video Guidelines

Start your video by greeting Andrew and introducing yourself. Share a bit about who you are, where you’re based, and how long you’ ---------- been managing Facebook ads. Talk about the types of campaigns and industries you’ve worked in — health and wellness experience is a plus. Explain one or two campaigns you’ve managed successfully, including what the offer was, what your ad structure looked like, and what kind of results you achieved. Share how you handle troubleshooting or optimization when campaign performance drops, and mention any tools or CRMs you’ve worked with, such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels. Close your video by explaining why this role excites you, what motivates you to perform, and how you think you could make an impact in this position.
