JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented, highly creative, and autonomous Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and significantly increase qualified leads. This is a critical role responsible for both high-level strategy (ad management, funnel optimization) and hands-on execution (content creation, graphic design, community management). The ideal candidate has demonstrable success driving measurable growth for a real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus
This role requires a unique blend of creative and analytical skills, covering three core areas:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation ????

Lead Funnel Optimization: Develop, test, and manage end-to-end Online Lead Funnels from ad click-through to lead conversion.


Email
Marketing: Oversee Newsletter Creation (Quarterly) and implement email systems for consistently gathering Testimonials and nurturing leads.

CRM Integration: Ensure all lead capture methods are seamlessly integrated with the CRM.

Design Postcards to be mailed 1x a month.

2. Social Media Management & Growth ????
Content Calendar & Strategy: Create comprehensive Content Calendars aligned with market trends, new listings, and lead-generation goals.

Platform Management: Lead and execute daily posting and engagement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Posting & Scheduling: Handle all Uploading & Scheduling Posts for optimal reach and timing.

Community Management: Moderate Social Media Comments, engage with the audience, and manage the Online Chat Bot to screen and qualify inquiries.

Social Media Growth: Proactively utilize tactics like Creating IG Reels and leveraging trending topics to increase organic reach and follower growth.

3. Creative Content Production ????
Graphic Design: Create high-quality, on-brand visual assets for social media, ads, and digital collateral.

Video Editing: Execute all necessary Video editing for short-form content (Reels) and long-form promotional videos.

Web/Design Assets: Design and integrate Opt-in Forms for lead capture on our web properties.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience managing both social media and paid advertising campaigns, specifically within the Real Estate or High-Value Service industry.

Technical Expertise:

Expert proficiency in the Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager) for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.

Strong working knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, ) and video editing software.

Proficiency with CRMs and email marketing platforms.

Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to analyze campaign data (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven decisions to improve funnel performance.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for high-quality copywriting and effective ad campaign management.
