The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for our organisation, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with New Zealand employment laws. This role reports to the executive team and plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives.
//Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals and legislative requirements, including the Employment Relations Act 2000.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, from job postings to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Maintain accurate HR records using systems like HRIS software, and prepare reports on key metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and development.
