Overview:
Our family-run creative business (Etsy shop and event design brand) seeks a versatile virtual assistant with strong design skills. You will craft visually engaging content and support our online presence.

Responsibilities:
- Design social media graphics, Etsy visuals, and other digital assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Produce short video clips or reels for social media using tools such as CapCut or Canva Video.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic) to brainstorm ideas, write captions, and plan content.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms.
- Assist with Etsy listings, uploading product photos and ensuring items are well organized.
- Provide light administrative support: organize calendars, conduct simple online research and track content plans.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience is a plus.
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Canva Video, etc.).
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for creative work.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Clear communication and eagerness to learn.

Compensation & Hours:
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
- Pay: $3–$4 per hour, paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.
- Long-term opportunity with training and growth potential.
