Customer Experience Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for the EB Teachers in our community, as well as prospective teachers and schools, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, warmth, and care.

- Full-time shifts - 4-8 AM and 6-10 PM Philippines Time daily - (Friday - Tuesday)
- $280/week (40 hours/week)
- Fully remote/work-from-home position
- Position starts immediately
