YouTube Strategist

JUGGMANTV is looking for a high-level YouTube strategist who knows how to grow channels fast and understands how to turn content into culture. We create viral, personality-driven videos (similar to YouTube channels like ?? the minorities and Larry king — and now we’re looking for someone who can help us scale to the next level.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience growing YouTube channels (please include portfolio links or channel examples you’ve worked on).
• Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, titles, thumbnails, retention, and storytelling structure.
• Ability to create content strategies that drive views, watch time, and subscriber growth.
• Up-to-date knowledge of YouTube analytics, algorithm trends, and viral marketing.
• Creative mindset with a pulse on Gen Z culture, humor, and social media trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with our on-camera team and editors.

Responsibilities:
• Develop data-driven growth strategies for our channel and content group.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and upload schedules for max visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and give weekly insights and improvement plans.
• Identify trending topics and viral opportunities that align with our brand.
• Collaborate with our editors, creative leads, and talent to ensure every video hits.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of YouTube growth, marketing, or channel strategy experience.
• A track record of successful channel growth (ideally in the entertainment or lifestyle space).
• A solid portfolio showing your past results and strategy work.
