Loan Processor - Business Lending

At Ezy Pzy Finance, we help Australian business owners secure the right loans - fast. We’re scaling quickly and need a skilled Loan Processor to help with submitting finance applications and getting updates from our lenders.

This is not an entry-level admin role. We’re looking for someone who has solid experience in loan processing at a bank, lender, BPO, or financial services company.

If you’ve worked in a fast-paced / high-pressure loan processor role and able to handle it, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

- Review business loan applications (bank statements, BAS, financials) to assess serviceability and risk.
- Match clients to suitable lenders using credit policies and eligibility criteria.
- Spot red flags such as dishonours, defaults, or poor cashflow patterns.
- Liaise with lenders and our internal team to maximise approval rates.
- Maintain accurate underwriting notes and records in our CRM.
- Provide insights to improve our qualification process and workflows.
- Support the team with related financial/admin tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 12 months experience in loan processing (bank, lender, BPO, or financial services). Candidates with 3+ years’ experience will be prioritised.
- Can work well under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Can multi-task extremely well
- Strong resilient character that can handle criticism and coaching well
- Strong knowledge of financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, BAS, credit reports).
- Familiarity with how lenders assess loan size, interest rates, and approval risk.
- Experience with business loans, lines of credit, or term loans is a big plus.
- Ability to make sound credit recommendations and explain your reasoning.
- High attention to detail (zero tolerance for sloppy work).
- Reliable, professional work ethic—this is a full-time, distraction-free role.
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken, C1/C2).


Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sydney Time)
Includes a paid 1-hour break
