Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a technical lead to coordinate and deliver engineering and IT projects for US-based clients.

Build lasting client relationships and be their main point of contact.

Proactively upsell, pitch, and secure new projects and referrals from existing customers to help our business grow.

Manage project tracking, documentation, and promote continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience coordinating technical, engineering, or IT projects.

Excellent English communication skills for calls, emails, and presentations.

Sales-minded and driven to develop new business within current accounts.

Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
