Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated support specialist to manage our customer support email for our DTC e-commerce brand. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing returns and exchanges, and collaborating with our 3PL agent. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify and Google Workspace, and excellent communication skills.

Deliverables
Manage support email and respond to customer inquiries
Process returns and exchanges efficiently

Provide regular updates on support issues
Answer sizing questions accurately
