Architect / Draftsman for 4-Unit Modern Multi-Family (90x120ft) – Long-Term Work Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architect or Draftsman to help design a modern 4?unit multi?family building on a 90ft x 120ft lot. The ideal candidate has experience creating modern, efficient, and structurally sound residential plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, and is familiar with light gauge steel (LGS) or cold?formed steel framing.

Project Overview:
- 4?unit multi?family building (potentially 2 floors each)
- Lot size: 90ft x 120ft
- Modern architectural style
- Focus: Functional layout, aesthetic balance, and structural efficiency
- Must include space planning, elevation concepts, and 3D visualization
- Optional but preferred: familiarity with CFS/LGS framing and BIM workflow

Responsibilities:
- Draft initial concept plans based on provided sketches and ideas
- Develop full architectural drawings suitable for engineering review
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, and basic 3D renders
- Revise plans based on feedback
- Coordinate with project manager for approvals and file submissions

Skills Required:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of space planning and proportions
- Experience with modern residential design
- (Bonus) Familiarity with LGS/CFS framing systems
- Clear communication and reliable turnaround time

Deliverables:
- Concept drawings (floor plans + elevations)
- 3D model (optional but preferred)
- Working drawings (to scale)
- Editable source files (.dwg / .rvt / .skp)
