We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Community Manager to help us engage and grow our online community of athletes, parents, and coaches. You’ll be responsible for creating engagement systems, posting content, responding to questions, and helping athletes and parents get value from our programs.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and onboard new members into our Winning Your Way Skool community.
• Create engaging posts, polls, and discussion prompts to drive weekly activity.
• Monitor conversations, respond to questions, and keep discussions positive and on-topic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to schedule community events (e.g. Q&A sessions, live webinars).
• Track engagement metrics and provide weekly reports on growth and participation.
• Identify top-performing community members and help recognize or feature them.
• Provide customer support by directing inquiries to the right department.
