???????? We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founder (Full-time / Remote – CET±2 or Dubai time)

I’m Nico, 25Y, an e-commerce founder with 8 years of experience, multiple brands, several 8-figure, and a growing ecosystem at the intersection of e-commerce, education, and personal brand.

My current focus:
* A fragrance brand aiming for $100 M in annual revenue within 24 months, through e-commerce + wholesale. (currently in EU only, starting US/ww in few weeks)
• MASTER : an e-commerce community that scaled from $20 K ? $60 K MRR in 3 months, now heading toward $150 K MRR this month of November.
• Personal Brand : YouTube, podcast, and live events expanding fast. ? Share everything that i lean from my ecom

We’re now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to help structure, prioritize, and execute at the rhythm of a scale-up.
This role offers direct exposure to key decisions, advanced systems, and a clear trajectory toward Chief of Staff within 12–18 months.

CEO calendar & priorities ? “Perfect Week”, meeting prep, follow-up
Ops & projects ? OKR tracking, weekly syncs, unblock issues
Communication ? inbox management, key messages, internal alignment
Events ? founders dinners, agendas, notes, logistics
Travel & logistics ? trips A-Z, updates, contingency plans (may be delegated)
Personal brand ? podcast coordination, content, interviews (may be delegated)
Reporting ? weekly admin report, suspense list, risk alerts

3–7 years experience as EA / Ops / PM with founders or executives (can be 1Y if ur the right person)
Bilingual FR / EN (English = working language) (if only english it's of if ur the right person ;) )
Expert with ClickUp / Asana / Notion / Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, reliable, business-minded
CET ±2 or UAE???????? / CH???????? timezone
