? Fashion Resale VA – Poshmark / eBay / Depop / Mercari / Vestiaire / Grailed (10 Listings/Day)

We are a growing curated sustainable fashion and vintage resale brand focused on:
• Vintage designer
• Coach / Dooney / Y2K bags
• Leather + denim
• Curated thrift
• Streetwear + modern luxury preloved

We are hiring a long-term VA to handle daily listings across multiple resale platforms.

Responsibilities

? Create listings on:
• Poshmark
• eBay
• Mercari
• Depop
• Vestiaire Collective
• Grailed (we will set up)

? Upload photos provided
? Research comps & pricing
? Write titles & SEO descriptions
? Categorize/style tags correctly
? Cross-list using Vendoo or ListPerfectly
? Track inventory + sales
? Maintain brand tone & style

Requirements

? Experience listing fashion resale
? Familiar with vintage, designer & Y2K styles
? Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner
? Stable internet & good communication
? Available for long-term work

Bonus experience:
• Vendoo / ListPerfectly
• TikTok Shop listings
• Instagram shop tagging
• Inventory spreadsheet tracking

? Rate & Hours
• Fixed weekly pay: $50–$60/week
• Goal: ~10 listings per day (Mon–Fri) = 50 listings/week
• Photos will be provided — you only list & cross-list
• Paid weekly via Wise/PayPal

This is a results-based role (not hourly).
You will be paid for consistent weekly output, not hours worked.
