Portuguese speaking Account Manager

Identify opportunities by studying current business trend or behavior of accounts.
Initiate sales process, attract new customers by introducing products and services offered.
Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
Collaborate with fellow account managers in profiling of customers based on territories and traffic.
Answer account inquiries by means of email ticketing system, email, telephone support line, social media and chat.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer payments.
Resolves products or service problems.
Participate in events, shows that would enhance knowledge of market, customers and competitors.
