JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a sensory clothing brand focused on designing apparel that helps people calm down, focus, and self-regulate discreetly.
Our products look like normal hoodies but have built-in sensory features.

Examples:
Stress-ball cuffs – hidden fidget balls inside the sleeves for anxiety relief.
Chewable drawstrings – silicone ends that help people who chew to self-soothe.
Tactile fidget patch – a silicone texture hidden inside the kangaroo pocket for grounding.

Everything we make is meant to look clean and minimal but secretly functional. Each feature has one goal: help people feel more in control in overstimulating situations.

We’re now developing new versions of the hoodie, new apparel lines (like sweats, tees, zip-ups), and new accessories that align with the same mission.

You’ll be responsible for finding and developing new product ideas that fit our brand, mainly apparel but also a few related items.

This means you’ll be thinking: “What other discreet sensory or calming features could we build into clothing?

Your main tasks:

Come up with new fidget or sensory concepts that can be built into hoodies, sweats, or other apparel (for example: new pocket textures, detachable fidgets, weighted elements, hidden stress-relief tools, etc.).
D ---------- on colors, fabrics, logo placements, and trims for each product.
Work on matching sets and simple add-ons like hats, socks, gloves, or other accessories that fit our look.
Research and source unique accessories that align with the brand things that fit the calm, sensory, grounding theme (like weighted items or small fidget tools).
Create moodboards, sketches, or mockups to bring new ideas to life visually.
Move quickly from idea to prototype direction in days, not weeks.

What We’re Looking For
Someone creative who can think in terms of function + fashion.
Experience or strong interest in apparel design, product sourcing, or development.
Understands or relates to anxiety, fidgeting, and sensory needs.
Can take initiative, research fast, and work independently.
Has an eye for color, minimal design, and material selection.

Bonus if you:
Have manufacturer or supplier experience.
Have worked with DTC or lifestyle brands.
Can use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for visual references.
