N8N Automation Builder / Workflow Specialist WANTED.
$5,000-$10,000/month Earning Potential from Revenue Share Partnership.
The Role:
Automation Architect - We’re looking for a hungry, highly capable N8n Automation Builder / Workflow Specialist to join TechMate AI and become our specialist for building, and running, the outreach systems that fuel every sale our AI agency makes.
You’ll work directly with the founders (Tom & Robert) to design, build, and maintain high-performance automation workflows that drive our outreach process. If you’ve got strong N8n skills and a desire to build automations that scale across multiple countries, this could genuinely change your life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and maintaining personalised email outreach automations (high-volume, scalable, personalised).
Building LinkedIn Sales Navigator automations for outbound lead generation.
Building any other outreach related automations, which you believe could increase revenue.
Constantly testing, improving, and expanding these workflows to increase conversion and efficiency.
Working with our lead scraper (who can deliver 100k+ qualified leads per month) to scale your automations.
(Future) - If the outreach automations turn out to be a success, then we can move you into a higher responsibility role of building out new client-facing automations and custom workflow builds for SMB clients, helping TechMate AI expand beyond voice agents into a full-service AI automation agency.
What TechMate AI Is:
TechMate AI is a UK-based AI Agency being built from the ground up to become a global leader in small/medium sized business automation.
We build and deploy AI voice receptionists that replace entire sales and admin processes for small and medium-sized businesses in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
Right now, we’re selling AI voice agents, but we’re rapidly expanding into a full-service AI agency that can automate every part of a small business, because we understand that the voice agent market (and most individual automations) will become commoditised, so becoming a full service agency (closer to a consultancy) is where the longevity in the market is.
Your automations will power that growth, and your pay will scale accordingly.

I’m Tom, and alongside my business partner Robert, we’ve both built and run successful web design agencies in the past.
We’ve seen first-hand how slow traditional SMB’s are to adopt AI, and we’re building TechMate AI to change that.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience building workflows in N8n (preferred), or proven expertise in Make or custom API / Python automation.
Able to build automations from a high-level request or idea, without step-by-step instructions.
Must be ready to start part-time and grow into a full-time role as we scale.
Resourceful, fast, and results-driven.
Someone that's willing to go above and beyond.
English skills strong enough to communicate clearly and explain your work.
Someone who wants to build something long-term, not just freelance odd jobs.
Pay Structure:
Outreach Automations (Main Focus - Initial Hiring Reason)
You’ll earn a percentage of revenue (of the Upfront Payment and the Monthly Recurring Payment, so you still get paid for the deals you generate, long after they have gone through) from every client closed through your outreach automations (email, LinkedIn, or others you create).
We already have a high-volume lead scraper, so you’ll have unlimited data to scale your automations.
As we scale, your income will scale. You could realistically earn $5,000–$10,000/month in consistent revenue share over time.
(Optional) If you need a small base retainer on top, we can discuss it.
Client Automations (Future Builds)
If you prove to be a good fit, eventually you will have the ability to build out more client automations, outside of the voice agents. Allowing you to earn a larger percentage of revenue from every build you work on.
You’ll help us expand our product range, fulfill orders, and in return, grow your income and position in the company, even further.
This is designed as a long-term partnership (12+ months minimum).
