I am seeking to hire a professional with over 3 years of experience to skip trace residents within a designated area in the US (pre-foreclosure list provided by me) contact homeowners and arrange in person appointments. The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, demonstrate an understanding of tone and handle each homeowner’s situation with empathy and sensitivity. Daily updates on contacts and appointments are required.
