*Role Overview:*
As a Brand Designer on the Marketing team at [redacted], you will play a critical role in defining, expanding, and executing the brand’s visual identity across all marketing channels. You will work closely with the Lead Brand Designer and be responsible for translating complex fulfillment, e-commerce, and technology narratives into compelling, conversion-focused marketing campaigns.This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple campaign deadlines, rigorously uphold brand standards, and consistently deliver high-quality visual communications.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Design and execute high-performing marketing collateral and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
Develop compelling designs for landing pages, infographics, digital reports,
Rigorous adherence to and expansion of the brand guidelines and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.
Collaborate deeply with content creators, product marketing, the events and sales teams to ensure visual assets align perfectly with messaging strategy and campaign goals.
Maintain, update, and deploy brand assets, style guides, and design templates for global use.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure flawless implementation and quality assurance of final web and digital designs.
Review visual asset performance (e.g., click-through rates, engagement) and make data-driven recommendations for iteration and visual optimization.
*Requirements:*
Exceptional visual design and artistic communication skills with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns and brand application.
Mastery proficiency in Figma (for collaboration/design systems) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
3+ years of experience in Visual Design and Web Design preferably in B2B, e-commerce SaaS, or technology industries.
Native or fluent English speaker and writer with strong communication skills
Strong ability to quickly grasp and visually translate complex, abstract industry concepts into clear, intuitive graphics and compelling campaign imagery.
Deep understanding of design principles for digital media, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and image composition.
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive marketing projects from initial brief through production.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaign deadlines.
Self-motivated and hardworking, with a strong sense of accountability and dedication to visual excellence.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
Experience with motion graphics or light animation for social media and video assets (e.g., After Effects).
Experience designing for
Competency in preparing files for print materials (e.g., event & trade show assets).
