DM Setter – Full-Time VA with Bonuses ($1,200–$1,800+/mo Potential)

FULL-TIME VA DM SETTER WANTED
Base Pay + High Commissions ($1,200–$1,800/month potential)

Are you reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with a supportive U.S. team?
We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant DM Setter who can chat with new leads on Instagram, build friendly conversations, qualify them, and book short phone calls on our calendar.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written English and good communication skills
Stable high-speed internet and backup connection
Available 40 hours per week (8 hours daily, Monday to Friday)
Organized, consistent, and willing to follow systems
Comfortable sending 100–200 DMs each day
Coachable and motivated to earn performance bonuses
Experience with DM setting, appointment setting, or social selling is a plus

Pay and Incentives:
Base Pay: $300 per month
Commissions:
$50 for each job sold between $300–$999.99
$100 for each job sold between $1,000–$2,499.99
$150 for each job sold between $2,500–$3,999.99
$200 for each job sold at $4,000 or more
Current average job size is $1,252.12. We expect this to grow to $2,700+ next year, which means bigger bonuses for you.

What You’ll Do:
Send DMs to people who like, follow, or comment on our posts.
Chat naturally using our scripts to find qualified homeowners.
Book 10-minute calls on our shared Google Calendar.
Track each lead in Trello and update progress in Google Sheets.
Communicate daily with the team through WhatsApp or Slack.
