**YouTube Video Editor & Channel Growth Specialist (Faith-Based Content)**

I’m seeking a skilled **YouTube video editor and channel growth specialist** to help manage and expand my Christian education channel — *The Strength Code Academy*. The channel empowers believers to build unshakeable strength in Christ through practical, biblical teaching.

Your role:

* Edit 60–90 min teachings into 20–25 min episodes
* Create 1–3 min highlight clips for Shorts/Reels
* Add intros/outros, scriptures, and captions
* Design thumbnails and write SEO titles/descriptions
* Upload, schedule, and optimize for growth and monetization

You should have:
? Proven YouTube editing experience (Descript, Premiere, Wisecut, OpusClip, VEED.io, or Canva)
? Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization
? A creative eye for storytelling and pacing
? Strong English and organization skills
? Experience with Christian, motivational, or educational content

Weekly deliverables: 3–4 long videos, 10–15 shorts, thumbnails, and upload management.
