Shopify Product Lister

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on dropshipping. We add new products frequently and need a highly organized, detail-oriented product lister who understands speed and quality.

???? What You’ll Do

Upload new products to Shopify (images, titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, tags, collections, etc.)

Write clear and compelling product titles & descriptions (you may receive inspiration from supplier descriptions)

Ensure all product listings follow brand guidelines and meet store quality standards

Optimize listings for conversion: clean formatting, correct variant setup, proper image sequencing

Research product details (dimensions, materials, features, etc.) when needed

Upload images and make basic edits (remove background, crop, resize, etc.) when necessary

Ensure pricing, shipping, and inventory details are accurate

Maintain consistency across all product listings

???? Requirements

? Proven experience listing products on Shopify (dropshipping experience highly preferred)
? Strong attention to detail, no sloppy listings or missing info
? Able to work efficiently and handle multiple listings per day
? Reliable and consistent, meets deadlines without being micromanaged
? Good English writing/communication skills
? Understands how to choose high-quality product photos and present listings professionally
? Ability to follow SOPs (training & process docs will be provided)

Bonus points if you have experience with:

Basic image editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
