Creative Brand Designer (Amazon, Packaging & Product Design) – for a German Children’s Brand

We’re Lilli & Luki, a warm and playful German brand creating high-quality, sustainable learning toys for children aged 2–6.
Our world is full of soft colors, kind characters, and emotional stories — all built around creativity, nature, and playful learning.

We’re now looking for a highly creative, self-driven designer who can bring our visual world to life — from Amazon product images to toy and packaging design.
If you love creating visuals that make people feel something, you’ll fit right in.

Your Mission:
To take full creative ownership of all visual content for the Lilli & Luki brand — designing products, packaging, and marketing visuals that emotionally connect with parents and children.

Main Responsibilities:
Amazon & E-commerce Graphics
> Design engaging Amazon listing images, A+ content, infographics, and comparison charts
> Understand how to visually communicate value and trust to parents

Product & Packaging Design
> Create packaging concepts, inserts, labels, and hangtags
> Develop visual consistency across all products

Toy Design & Creative Concepts
> Design new toy ideas and illustrations following the Lilli & Luki brand style
> Combine creativity with practicality — design products that are both beautiful and manufacturable

Optional (if you love it)
> Social Media content (Instagram, Pinterest)
> Canva templates, coloring pages, or craft printables


What We’re Looking For:
> You think like a brand owner, not just a task finisher
> You’re passionate about designing for children and emotional storytelling
> You’re proactive, independent, and love improving your own work
> You understand how design influences conversion and emotion


Skills & Tools
Required:
> Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
> Experience designing Amazon or e-commerce visuals
> Excellent layout, typography, and composition skills
> Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling

Bonus Skills:
> Packaging / Print design
> Illustration (hand-drawn, soft style preferred)
> 3D mockups or product visualization
> Experience with children’s brands or Montessori products

Requirements:
Strong portfolio with relevant examples (please include links!)
Reliable communication and good written English
30–40 hours per week (long-term, stable role)
Availability for occasional meetings during European daytime

Compensation:
Full-time: 800 – 1,000 USD / month
Bonus for outstanding creative performance (conversion improvements, viral posts, etc.)
Paid test project for shortlisted applicants.

> Lead Designer (manage other creatives as we grow)
