With a remote team spread across Nepal and four other countries, we specialize in transforming raw footage into polished, audience-ready videos that inspire and engage.
We are looking for a Stage Intro Video Editor who can craft dynamic, engaging intro videos that set the tone for speaker presentations, events, and keynote sessions. Your role will be to combine creativity, storytelling, and technical skill to produce intros that captivate audiences within the first few seconds. You should have a strong sense of pacing, sound design, and motion graphics to create memorable and professional opening sequences.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and edit stage intro videos that reflect the speaker’s brand, message, and energy.
Select impactful clips, transitions, and visual cues that build excitement and anticipation.
Integrate dynamic music, voiceovers, and sound effects that enhance the visual narrative.
Add branding elements, text animations, and motion graphics to reinforce event themes.
Collaborate with project leads and creative directors to align videos with the intended tone and audience.
Manage multiple intro video projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver final outputs on time.
Stay updated on event video trends, cinematic editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience editing stage intro, event opening, or promotional highlight videos.
Strong proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or equivalent. (any of the following)
Excellent understanding of rhythm, pacing, and how to build anticipation through visuals and sound.
Creative mindset with attention to branding and storytelling details.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a remote work environment.
Ability to adapt to feedback and shifting creative directions.
