Skip Tracer/Title Researcher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in the analysis and review of New York City real estate documents. This role focuses on identifying property owners, verifying ownership history, and conducting comprehensive title research to ensure data accuracy and completeness.



Key Responsibilities:
- Review property records, deeds, and related legal documents to extract ownership information.
- Conduct in-depth title searches to identify liens, encumbrances, transfers, and ownership chains.
- Verify property details through public records, county clerk databases, and other official NYC data sources.
- Organize and document findings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify discrepancies or incomplete information.



Ideal Candidate:

- Possesses hands-on experience in title researching or real estate data analysis (NYC experience is a plus).

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal and property documents.

- Is proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to obtain missing or hard-to-find data.

- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
