What You'll Do:
---------------------
Manage day-to-day bid activity – respond to customer quote requests and keep communication flowing.
Collaborate across teams – work with Sales, Operations, and Vendors to craft and submit competitive bids.
Analyze RFPs – dig into bid documents and uncover new opportunities others might overlook.
Validate pricing data – ensure accuracy and alignment across all internal and external partners.
Track and improve performance – monitor bid outcomes, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Own the bid pipeline – maintain organized reporting tools and ensure bids move smoothly through every stage.
Stay market-smart – conduct market and competitor research to keep our pricing strategy sharp.
Think strategically – identify risks, assumptions, and unique advantages that help us win.

What You Bring:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large datasets, VBA—this is your playground)
- 2+ years in bid analysis, proposal writing, or commercial support
- Strong English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- A laptop, fast internet, and a can-do attitude
- Basic macro skills in VBA for Excel automation and data processing
- Demonstrated proficiency in simple VBA macro development for automation tasks
- Relevant bid analysis, proposal writing, or commercial support experience from the professional services sector

- Experience managing bids from start to finish

- Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
- Location: Remote – work from HOME, but you’ll need to be available during Pacific Time hours.
