This is a flexible, remote position that requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for video content creation.

Responsibilities

Content Creation (A MUST):

- Develop and execute creative concepts for YouTube videos that align with our brand and goals.

- Research trends and audience preferences to create relevant, engaging content.

Production:

- Oversee all aspects of video production, including planning, scripting, shooting, and directing.

- Coordinate with talent, crew, and other collaborators as needed.

Post-Production:

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos with engaging graphics, animations, and sound.

- Ensure videos meet platform specifications and are optimized for SEO and audience engagement.

Channel Management:

- Upload and schedule videos, write compelling titles and descriptions, and manage video metadata.

- Monitor analytics to assess performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in video production, editing, and direction, preferably for YouTube or similar platforms.

- Strong storytelling and creative vision.

- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

- Video Production & Filmmaking: Experience with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and shooting techniques. Ability to frame shots, direct talent, and create visually engaging content.

- Video Editing: Expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Knowledge of color correction, grading, and pacing.

- Motion Graphics & Animation: Proficiency in After Effects or similar tools to create animations, titles, and transitions.

- Audio Editing & Mixing: Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audition or Logic Pro). Ability to clean up dialogue, add sound effects, and mix soundtracks.

- YouTube SEO & Analytics: Understanding of YouTube algorithms, metadata optimization, and keyword research. Ability to analyze video performance metrics.
