Long-Term VA Role (Research & Outreach Caller)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us gather and verify information related to foreclosure sales. This role involves researching public records, reaching out to trustees and other contacts, and organizing accurate data for our internal database. The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, highly organized, and has great attention to details.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research foreclosure listings, trustee sales, and related public records
- Call trustees, county offices, or other contacts to verify sale details and gather missing information
- Record and organize foreclosure data in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Track communication and follow up to ensure all information is complete and up to date
- Provide summaries and reports of findings as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) — must be comfortable making calls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with online research, data entry, and spreadsheet management (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
- Knowledge of foreclosure or real estate terminology is a plus (but not required)
