JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-level Figma designer who can create stunning, conversion-focused landing pages fast. You must have a sharp eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual flow — no clutter, no wasted space, just clean and persuasive design that converts.

You’ll start with a paid test project: design three landing pages for our 3D rendering company, each aligned with active Facebook ad campaigns. We’ll provide the ad copy, brand guidelines, and basic structure — your job is to make it visually exceptional and ready for developers to build.

Requirements:

Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, component libraries, responsive design)

Proven experience designing landing pages that convert

Understanding of ad-to-landing page alignment (visual and message continuity)

Speed and precision — you can deliver high-quality designs fast

Strong sense of balance, contrast, and whitespace

Ability to follow direction but also bring creative ideas to improve results

Bonus Points:

Experience with marketing funnels or Facebook ad design

Background in agency or performance marketing environments

What You’ll Do:

Translate ad campaign messaging into cohesive landing page designs

Create design systems that speed up future iterations

Deliver ready-to-build files in Figma

Iterate quickly based on feedback

Test Project:
You’ll design 3 landing pages for our 3D rendering company as part of the paid test. This will show how you handle branding, consistency, and conversion-driven design.

Compensation:

Paid test project

Long-term position available for top performers

To Apply:
Send your portfolio link (Figma or Dribbble preferred) and 2-3 examples of landing pages you’ve designed that show clean, high-conversion design work.
