Full-Time Remote | Build the Operations Infrastructure for a Fast-Growing Farm to Table Company

702greens is a farm-to-table delivery service in Las Vegas scaling fast. We're at the perfect stage - growing rapidly but small enough that you'll build everything from the ground up.

In 6 months, we'll be 3x this size. In a year, you'll have built the systems that power the entire operation.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be maintaining someone else's systems - you'll be the architect.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're a technical problem-solver who started as a developer but loves the speed of no-code tools. You think in systems and automations. You can code when needed, but you reach for n8n first. You've built real businesses' operations infrastructure before.

You want autonomy, direct impact, and to work with modern tools - not legacy corporate systems.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Immediate Projects (First 90 Days):

? Build automated referral system generating passive growth
? Connect route planner to CRM via n8n (saving 10+ hours/week)
? Set up GoHighLevel CRM from scratch
? Design Airtable databases for operations
? Integrate delivery tracking systems
? Voice AI handling customer inquiries 24/7

Ongoing Responsibilities:

All n8n automation workflows (this is 60% of the job)
GoHighLevel management & customization
Airtable database architecture
API integrations (we connect a LOT of tools)
Voice AI integrations
System troubleshooting and optimization
Build new automations as we scale

These aren't maintenance tasks. These are build-from-scratch projects.

YOUR TECH STACK:

You'll work with modern, cutting-edge tools:

n8n
GoHighLevel (modern CRM)
Airtable (database design)
JavaScript/Python (for custom logic)
Voice AI (Vapi, Bland, etc.)
FlutterFlow (no-code apps)
Modern APIs & Webhooks

You won't be stuck with legacy systems. You'll build new infrastructure with the best tools available.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Expert n8n skills - Show us complex workflows you've built (REQUIRED)
? GoHighLevel experience - You've set up CRMs before
? JavaScript/Python - Can write custom code when no-code isn't enough
? Airtable proficiency - Database design, formulas, automations
? API integration experience - You connect systems regularly
? Problem-solver - You figure things out independently
? Excellent English - You'll communicate with our team daily
? Portfolio required - Show us what you've built
BONUS POINTS:

Stripe custom checkout or payment integrations
FlutterFlow or no-code app building
Route optimization/logistics experience
Voice AI platforms (Vapi, Bland, etc.)
Referral system experience
3+ years in automation/operations roles
