JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I'm Charlie, the founder of Inhabit Media ( ---------- dia). We are a US-based property media agency, and we're growing. We partner with high-end clients in real estate, short-term rentals (Airbnb), and hospitality.

I am looking for a reliable, highly competent, and tech-savvy professional to become the central hub of our daily operations.

This is not a temporary gig. This is a stable, long-term, part-time position. You will be my right-hand person, replacing me in the day-to-day workflow so I can focus on growing the business.

Your mission is to manage the entire client experience from after the media is edited to its final delivery, ensuring every client feels taken care of professionally and efficiently.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Client Management (50% of time)
* Be the primary point of contact for all clients via email and SMS.
* Professionally manage all client conversations, including schedule changes, edit requests, and questions.
* Prepare and deliver final media (photos, videos) to clients using our systems.

2. Quality Control (QC) (25% of time)
* Perform daily Quality Control (QC) checks on all images and videos before client delivery.
* You will be my "eyes" to make sure all media meets our professional brand standards.
* (I will personally teach you our brand's "Visual Signature" and QC process.)

3. Marketing & Growth (25% of time)
* Manage and schedule our content using our social media tools (we use Metricool).
* Assist with market research for new clients (e.g., luxury hotels, restaurants).
* Support lead generation efforts, such as managing prospect lists.

Skills & Experience

Required:
* Proven experience as a remote operations manager, project manager, or high-level client service specialist.
* A very strong eye for visual detail (you can easily spot when a photo looks "off").
* Experience managing client communications professionally and empathetically.

Preferred (A huge plus if you have experience with any of these):
* CRM: HighLevel (GoHighLevel / Lead Connector)
* Photo Editing: Adobe Lightroom
* Video Editing: CapCut
* Social Media: Metricool (or a similar scheduling tool)
* Lead Gen: ----------
* AI Tools: Experience using AI for content or optimization.
* An interest in photography, real estate, or hospitality.
