Job Description
Role: Remote Developer – Automation & Systems Integration
Location: Remote (Philippines) – Must be able to operate during U.S. Central Time (8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT)
Employment Type: Full-time, remote
Reports To: Director of Services
About the Role
We’re seeking a technically savvy, creative, and strategic developer to join our team. Your mission: build high-performance automation systems, integrate multiple SaaS platforms, and help craft high-impact offers (attraction offers, upsells, downsells) in the style of Alex Hormozi. You will combine marketing, operational, and automation-focused thinking to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement offer-creation workflows: attraction, upsell, downsell.
Connect and integrate platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Gemini, CoPilot, n8n, ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage, Hudu, NinjaOne, Halo PSA, etc.
Automate sales lead generation systems using tools like Bland.ai (or equivalent AI outreach/dialer platforms).
Automate IT systems and workflows (user provisioning, monitoring, alerts, ticketing) — especially using n8n or similar automation tools.
Troubleshoot and support general IT infrastructure issues (software, networking, hardware support) when required.
Maintain and expand a library of reusable automation modules, documented workflows, and integration templates.
Work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.
In the future: be willing and able to lead a small team of developers/automation engineers, mentor others, establish best practices, and help scale the automation footprint.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with multiple of the systems listed above (GHL, Gemini, CoPilot, n8n, ConnectWise, Hudu, Ninja, Halo PSA, Bland.ai or similar).
Strong portfolio or reference(s) showing real-world projects in automation/integration.
Ability to rate yourself (1–10) on each key system and provide credible evidence of your experience.
Comfortable producing Loom (or equivalent) videos to walk through your thinking, logic, architecture, and approach. For example: how you’d build an AI cold-caller system to dial 10,000+ prospects, explaining tools, workflow, logic.
Excellent communication skills, especially remote: able to understand business context, write clear documentation, and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented; able to manage time working U.S. hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT).
Interest in growing into a leadership role (team lead/automation lead) as the business scales.
Strong values match: you enjoy this kind of work, you believe in automation, efficiency, creative problem-solving, and high performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with marketing offer creation and automation (attraction, upsell, downsell) à la Alex Hormozi.
Experience with AI dialing/outreach systems, large-scale lead lists, and sales funnel automation.
Background in IT service management (as pertains to PSA tools such as Hudu, Halo PSA) or MSP workflow automation.
Working Conditions
Remote; you must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Will operate during U.S. Central Time business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT). Some flexibility may be required for coordination with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Will be asked to complete video submissions (Loom or similar) for assessment, and submit portfolio/references as part of the hiring process.
What We Offer
A dynamic, fast-moving company where you will have high ownership and impact.
Opportunity to lead and create industry-level automation systems with real business results.
Remote-friendly culture with focus on results and creativity.
Growth path into team leadership and strategic architecture roles.
