Website Data Entry Assistant

Ready Set Sim (RSS) — a fast-growing global sim-racing platform — is looking for a reliable Data Entry Assistant to help us keep our website’s product listings accurate and up-to-date.

You’ll review sim-racing product listings (like wheels, pedals, rigs, and accessories), check that prices match the manufacturer’s site, and make small edits directly in our web admin panel. It’s simple, repeatable work — but very important to our brand quality and user experience.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working online.

Responsibilities:
• Log into our website back-end (we’ll provide full access and training).
• Open product listings one by one.
• Click through to the linked manufacturer or store page.
• Check if the listed price matches the live price on the external site.
• If the price has changed, update it in our system.
• Flag any out-of-stock or discontinued products.
• Record daily or weekly progress in a shared spreadsheet.

Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is everything.
• Strong English reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills (copy/paste, browser tabs, spreadsheets).
• Stable internet connection.
• Reliability and consistency — this task repeats regularly.
