We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source and place highly qualified educational talent. Your role will involve actively contacting potential candidates (such as teachers, administrators, and support staff), verifying their credentials and documentation, and managing candidate records within our CRM/database. You will ensure full compliance by meticulously collecting and verifying essential documents, like certifications and background checks. The successful candidates' information will be organized for efficient placement and monitoring, directly supporting both talent acquisition and the placement of personnel into suitable educational roles.
Essential Skills:
* Recruitment experience (preferably within the education, public sector, or non-profit sectors).
* Strong verbal and written communication (for outreach to educators and schools/institutions).
* Document verification and handling skills (e.g., teaching certifications, diplomas, background checks).
* Experience with CRM/database management for organizing candidate pipelines.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow compliance procedures.
Bonus:
Previous experience with candidate vetting in an educational setting or familiarity with state/national teaching license requirements is an advantage.
