Marketing and Visibility Contractor
Freelance role focused on attracting qualified real estate buyer leads and maximizing property visibility
Primary Focus
SEO, real estate visibility, buyer funnels, landing pages, and social media systems designed to generate motivated homebuyer leads for our development projects and listings
Responsibilities
• Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture systems that convert buyer traffic into qualified inquiries
• Execute foundational SEO including keyword research, metadata, blog strategy, and Google Business posting for local visibility
• Create branded marketing content in Canva including property campaigns, newsletters, social content, ads, and buyer education assets
• Support
• Manage social presence and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and
• Launch lead magnets such as buyer guides, neighborhood insights, and home search funnels
• Coordinate with website or automation support to build and refine property pages and sales funnels
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on conversion data and lead cost
Secondary Scope: Short Term and Mid Term Rental Marketing
This role may include support for direct booking and guest funnel strategy as an added capability, including:
• Creating a direct booking landing page and stay follow up sequences
• Advising on channel integrations such as AirBnB, Vrbo, Furnished Finder, Lodgify, or Guesty
• Setting up basic repeat guest outreach including
• Suggesting pricing and occupancy research tools such as DataRabbu and AirDNA to support positioning and product market fit
• Implementing automated guest messages and data capture to bring visitors back through direct booking instead of OTAs
This is a bonus skill, not a primary focus. Buyer generation and property demand creation are the core purpose of this role.
Ideal Skills and Experience
• Proven track record with real estate marketing and buyer lead generation is required
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology, sales funnels, and conversion strategy
• Experience with landing page platforms and inbound marketing systems
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, WordPress, or Wix
• Strong Canva content creation and branding skills
• Familiar with CRM pipelines and
• Bonus experience in construction, new development, and STR marketing
Key Performance Expectations
• Three or more high converting buyer campaigns or landing pages launched per month
• Ten or more keywords ranked in the top ten on Google within ninety days
• Thirty or more qualified buyer leads per month through organic and inbound channels
