We are now expanding our organic traffic and want someone who understands SEO as a revenue channel — not just a ranking exercise.

Role Focus

This is not just a content writer role.
This is not just a SEO role.

This role is for someone who can:
? Drive qualified traffic
? Convert readers into buyers
? Strategically grow search visibility + brand authority

You will:

Plan and write blog content designed to rank + convert

Identify search terms with purchase intent, not just informational interest

Optimize site structure to support funnel flow

Track performance and adjust strategically

Your Core Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing keyword & competitor research

Create monthly SEO content calendar mapped to buyer journey stages

Write 2–4 blogs per month designed to educate + convert

Optimize existing product pages and collection pages for search + clarity

Improve on-page messaging to increase add-to-cart rate

Monitor site performance using analytics + search console data

Report what’s converting vs what’s just generating traffic

Recommend and implement improvements to conversion pathways

Examples:

Restructuring blogs to include mid-article CTAs

Adding internal links that lead to product pages strategically

Using FAQ schema to capture additional search real estate

Building topical authority clusters for long-term ranking power

What Makes You a Fit

You are the type of strategist who thinks like this:

You have:

Experience writing education-led blogs that convert

Understanding of search intent, buyer psychology & narrative sequencing

Ability to explain why a piece of content works (or doesn’t)

Confidence working with analytics to inform strategy

Required Skills

Strong SEO research & planning skills

Proven blog writing experience

Understanding of conversion copywriting

Ability to analyze performance & adjust

Familiarity with GA4 and Search Console

Comfortable owning deliverables independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Shopify SEO optimization

Experience with Klaviyo or email nurture strategies

Familiarity with Meta advertising audiences/retargeting logic

Compensation

Hourly or per-blog (depending on experience)

Paid monthly via PayPal or Wise

Flexible schedule — results > time spent
