Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager with experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through strategic solutions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the logistics sector.
• Oversee daily operations related to client accounts, including shipment coordination, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations, and finance) to deliver seamless service.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional logistics solutions or value-added services
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and logistics innovations to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with cross-border or international logistics accounts.
• Background in B2B logistics or third-party logistics (3PL) services.
