We’re growing fast and looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about great software, detail-oriented, and excited to help shape and support our product experience.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure the ManageCasa platform delivers exceptional value. You’ll become an expert in how our product works, help communicate updates, organize product information, and support internal and external teams in understanding new features.

Responsibilities

* Develop a deep understanding of ManageCasa’s product and features.
* Assist with documenting product workflows, release notes, and user guides.
* Partner with engineering and QA to review product updates before release.
* Help organize product materials, demos, and training for internal teams.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure consistent product messaging.
* Support customer success with product knowledge to enhance onboarding and support.
* Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to share insights with product management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Great communicator — both written and verbal.
* Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeed.
* Prior experience in SaaS software or property management tech is a plus.
* Comfortable learning complex systems and explaining them simply.
* Accounting knowledge or familiarity with financial processes is a strong advantage.
