Probation: 1-month probation with performance review after 6 months

About the Role:

As a Sales Caller at WadeGlobal, you’ll reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and set up walkthrough appointments for the sales team. You will earn incentives for every confirmed appointment you schedule!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments.

Log all client interactions in the CRM.

Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.

Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $2/hour

Incentive: $5 per confirmed walkthrough appointment.

Probation: 1-month probation, with performance review after 6 months.

Termination: If no walkthroughs are scheduled within the probation period, termination with deductions may apply.

Qualifications:

Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.

Strong communication and goal-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
