SBA Firm LLC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Automations Specialist to help us streamline client onboarding, funnels, CRM workflows, SMS/email automations, and integration across our tax and credit programs.

This role is perfect for someone who understands automation strategy, not just button-clicking. If you can build, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows that convert leads into paying clients, we want you.

? Position: GHL Automations Specialist
? Schedule: Part-time (project-based to start)
? Opportunity to move into Full-Time based on performance
? Fully Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

Build & optimize marketing funnels inside GHL

Create workflows, triggers, form captures, and booking integrations

Automate IG DM keyword responses and ManyChat ? GHL transition

Set up SMS & email sequences for lead nurturing

Connect calendars, payment links, triggers, tags, and pipelines

Improve client onboarding automations for tax & business credit services

Troubleshoot issues and provide reporting on funnel performance

Requirements

Must be experienced in GoHighLevel (Intermediate or Expert level)

Ability to build full automations without supervision

Must understand pipelines, triggers, tagging, and custom values

Knowledge of Zapier or webhooks is a plus

Must be reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented

Great communication skills and problem-solving mindset
