UGC Manager (German Market) – Supplement Brand

About the Role
- We’re looking for a UGC Manager to source and manage German-speaking creators for our supplement brand.
You’ll handle everything from outreach and negotiation to briefing and content delivery for UGC ads, testimonials, and VSLs.



Responsibilities
- Find and recruit German UGC creators and VSL spokespersons
- Send briefs, manage deadlines, and track deliverables
- Review content for quality and brand fit
- Keep a steady pipeline of new creators and content
- Work closely with the creative and media team
- Requirements
- Experience sourcing or managing UGC creators
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Understanding of ad content and storytelling
