With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures and bold global plans, we are looking for an Performance Marketing Assistant to help our team scale from 8 to 9 figures per year.

As Performance Marketing Assistant, you’ll sit at the center of our creative and media teams — launching new ads daily, tracking performance across platforms, and making sure everything runs at lightning speed. You’ll see firsthand what it takes to scale a DTC brand from 8 to 9 figures, mastering paid media, creative testing, and marketing systems at the highest level.

What You Will Do
- Schedule daily creative tests across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin (following SOPs).
- Create daily performance reports to share with the whole team and keep everyone in the loop.
- Work closely with the creative strategist and Head of Marketing to analyze and identify performing and underperforming ads and implement new strategies
- Update ad logs and creative pipelines to keep all systems clean and synced.
- Maintain dashboards showing performance by ad type, concept, and channel.
- Help document and improve our marketing processes and SOPs.
Who You Are
- +2 years of experience with
- (preferred) Experienced with TikTok Ads Manager and Applovin Ads Manager
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized — mistakes cost money here.
- Excellent with numbers, data entry, and managing spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and written English skills.
- Fast learner who can operate with urgency and integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing.
What Success Looks Like in the First 21 Days
Week 1
- Onboarding and daily training with our Creative Strategist and Head of Marketing
- Get a complete understanding of QuietLab’s ads management process
- Get familiar with the creative team, workflows, and feedback process.
- Start scheduling the first campaigns and ad tests on Meta and TikTok.
Week 2
- Work with the head of marketing to learn applovin
- Start scheduling the first ad tests on Applovin with the Head of Marketing
- Get familiar with our reporting structure and start sending daily messages to the team
Week 3
- You are familiar with all the ads platform main functions and schedule ads in autonomy
- The reports are accurate and sent on time
- You became a trusted figure in our mediabuying and marketing department and the team can count on you to run high volumes of ads daily!

Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position with significant long-term growth potential.
We expect fast execution and quick response times.
There are defined reporting times and core working hours to keep the team aligned.
You’ll have flexibility in your schedule.
