We guide women 30+ to heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually through trauma-informed support, raw vegan nourishment, and somatic/mindset practices.

THE ROLE

This is not a “task taker” job.

You will OWN:

1. Copywriting

Convert ideas/voice notes into finished copy
Write social captions, emails, and newsletters

2. Social Media

* Schedule/publish content across platforms
* Manage comments and community interaction
* Track metrics and provide weekly reports

3. Design

* Canva graphics + simple video edits
* Thumbnails, posts, stories, reels, etc.

4. Answer emails, and keep up with automations.

* Detail-driven (nothing falls through cracks)
* Fluent English communicator (written + verbal)
* Fast learner who executes without drama

We do not tolerate excuses, delays, or disappearing acts.
If you need hand-holding, this is the wrong role.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE MEANS

Within 30 days:

* You are writing in Jodi’s voice **without rewrites**
* You manage the weekly content calendar independently
* Deliverables are on time — every time
